2. You are able to quickly discern where gear goes and how to get data and power to it quickly.
3. To avoid surprises and to allow you to hit the ground running once the trucks are unloaded.

Depending on your role in the production you may have found yourself reading my light plots, my engineered electrical layouts, my rigging plots with load calculations, my seating layouts with fire marshal notations, and/or more. All of these documents were drawn with the intent of being as clear and complete as possible to help you do your job with clarity and speed. I also strived to create documents that would allow you to easily delegate tasks to your teams of local technicians no matter their experience level.
